Kaishumaru

The Kaishu Maru scrapes off the debris with a paddle called a schema, and this schema reminds us of a sailing ship, hence the name "Kaishu Maru".

This Kaishu Maru uses a floatation separation method using microbubbles, and this separation method is often seen at wastewater treatment plants. Total SK's Kaishumaru is a compact system that arranges this method for paint scum collection.

The spray mist has excellent performance in efficiently collecting paint scum that has been made non-tacky by RAKUKILLER21, and extremely clear treated water can be obtained.
This is an effective item that enables long-term use of circulating water in the paint booth.

In addition, we are currently developing a floatation separation type W series that uses RAKUKILLER21 as the main agent W and does not have a microbubble generator. We have received
